When will my order be ready?

Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received, within 5 business days.

How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping orders are shipped with USPS and UPS to ensure package protection. Orders typically arrive between 2-5 business days once shipped. Once your package is handed to the courier it is out of our control as to how quickly it is received. We are not responsible for any lost packages. To obtain information about your package(s) , please refer to the tracking information provided.

I chose local pick-up, where do I pick up?

We are happy to offer a free, convenient option of contactless porch pick up in Turlock, CA. Because our production kitchen is located within a private residence, order pick up directions including address will be sent to you once your order is fulfilled.

Please allow at least 24 hours for local orders to be fulfilled.

I just placed an order but changed my mind. Can I cancel?

Yes. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you are free to contact us to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. You will be refunded to the original form of payment within 7 business days.

I received my order and would like a refund, is that possible?

Because our products are for personal care use, we do not offer refunds for already processed orders. However, if you receive a product with a defective pump, we are happy to exchange it unopened for a new one.

I received my order and some items are damaged, can I have a refund?

Though we try our best to pack products with enough cushion, we cannot control what happens to your package when it is in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please file a complaint with USPS or UPS to reimburse you.
